Dyson's purifying fan heaters combine intelligent sensing with an advanced filtration system. A filter removes gases and odors, and a HEPA filter captures 99.97% of particles 0.3 microns in size. Powerful Air Multiplier™ technology purifies and heats the whole room. The device is not an air conditioning unit, and it requires a compatible device, Wi-Fi or mobile data, Bluetooth 4.0 support, and specific iOS or Android versions to run the app.

The machine automatically senses, captures, and traps pollutants for cleaner air, and it offers 10 speed settings. It is a multifunctional purifying heater and fan with HEPA H13 filtration. The whole machine is fully sealed, ensuring that what goes inside stays inside. Air Multiplier technology generates the circulation power to draw distant pollutants into the machine, projecting purified air throughout the whole room.

The device automatically senses and reacts to changes in air quality, reporting pollution in real-time on the LCD screen and on the MyDyson app. Users can choose between Fan mode for direct cooling with up to 350-degree oscillation and Backward airflow mode to purify without cooling. The filter is quick and easy to change, with automatic filter-life notifications on the LCD screen or MyDyson app.

The machine can be programmed to turn off after pre-set intervals between 30 minutes and 8 hours. In Night mode, the machine monitors and purifies using the quietest settings with a dimmed display. Users can control the machine hands-free with compatible voice services, including Amazon Alexa, Apple Siri, and Google Home.

The device has been tested for air projection (DTM801), purification coverage in a 2860ft3 room (TM-003711), and heating performance in a 1236ft3 room (DTM961).
